Australian Shipping

Future History offers delivery within Australia as well as international shipping. This shipping information assist with deliver/shipping times, expected delivery times which are estimated only.

1. Shipping methods and costs

We offer standard delivery throughout Australia.
Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 4–6 business days, however delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
If shipping to a business address, please include the business name and full address details at checkout.

2. Shipping

  • Free standard shipping for all Australian orders over $200 AUD.
  • $15 AUD flat rate for orders under $200 AUD.

3. Track my order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery through Australia Post.

4. Undeliverable parcels

Australia Post requires a signature on delivery. Anyone at the nominated address may sign for the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful, a collection card will be left with instructions on where and when to collect your package.

If the parcel is not collected and is returned to Future History, resending the order will incur an additional $15 AUD standard shipping fee.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. All international orders are shipped at a standardised flat rate of AU$40.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, local customs processing, and your country’s postal network. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey. If your country experiences delays or disruptions, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
